Understand, apply and improve
Our knowledge centre explains what each method is, why and when to use it, how to apply it and how to interpret the result. Training connects those methods through practical learning. Certification guidance helps readers understand how competence can be assessed.
Our initial tool guides follow Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. Choose tools according to the question you need to answer and the evidence you need; the tool list is not a compulsory checklist.
02 · Our identity
The droplet and the direction of the arrow
Our logo starts with a droplet, representing the fluidity of life and work. Three rounded corners express variation and uncertainty. One crisp corner represents clarity and precision.
The arrow moves upwards and to the right, towards that crisp point. Through Lean methodology, we work towards a clearer understanding of processes and more precise ways of improving them. The point represents a direction for continuous improvement, rather than a claim that perfection has been achieved.
The same shape holds our logo symbol and phase letters throughout the site.
03 · Design specification
The exact approved shape
The silhouette is an unrotated square with equal width and height. Its top-right corner is sharp. The other three corners have identical circular radii, each equal to 28% of the square’s side length. The proportions remain the same when the shape is resized.
